Our party weekends normally start on Friday afternoon or early evening as guests arrive from around the country. After booking in and being shown to your rooms, we normally provide an evening meal or buffet and then move into the bar. This is a very laid back area, with guests helping themselves to their own drinks from the fridges and bar area. We have an antique Bar Billiards table which provides hours of fun as people learn how to play and the ladies tease in their short skirts!

There is no set pattern to the weekend, sometimes people wish to stay in and relax, getting to know each other and find those elusive playmates. Other times we visit one of the other local swing clubs. Basically you do what you are happy with over the weekend, no set routine, no locked door policy, and the company of many like minded adults. We are happy with flirting and some foreplay occurring in the public areas on party dates; however we do ask that all serious fun occurs in the rooms, even if the door is left open!

We have now converted one room into a dungeon theme room, which doubles as a fantasy guest room for the more adventurous visitor. The bed, incorporates a full St Andrews Cross, Inspection Seat, and Stocks, and we also have a massage table/chair which can be used for bondage fun or for massage. Various grills and floodlights around the walls make this a great playroom, and ideal for naughty pics! This bedroom becomes a play room during Party Weekends, however we would also like guests to book the room for their full stay, using it as their own bedroom for the duration of their stay. Please ask well in advance about availability

It's your break away from reality. Our promise is that we'll do all that we can to ensure you have a great time, and aren't put under any pressure to do anything you're not comfortable with. If unsure, find a Member on this site who has attended already, and ask them.
